Quartz Monitor (QCM) Crystals, used as a consumable part, to assist with monitor the deposition rate of your thin film deposition process. Our standard monitoring crystals are 14mm or 12mm in diameter and have electrodes configured with a gold, silver, or alloy film deposited onto a special adhesion layer.
